If any of this sounds familiar…

A website you have to explain isn't working for you.

  • "Yeah, our site is a little out of date."
  • "We're still working on it."
  • "I'm waiting on someone to update it."
  • "It doesn't really show what we do anymore."

Your website is the first place a stallion buyer, an event sponsor, or a new client looks. It should give them a reason to trust you in the first ten seconds — not make you apologize for it. That's the whole job at Wild-West Webs.

The horse-industry difference

Built by horse people, for horse people.

Wild-West Webs was started by Kate Maloney in 2005 and has lived in the performance-horse world ever since — barrel racing, rodeo, ranches, stallion promotion, and the small businesses that keep them running. That isn't just a marketing line. It means the details, the language, and the audience already make sense — from stallion promotion and breeding contracts to barrel entries, rodeo producers, ranches, and equine associations.

The work that actually moves stallion bookings, sells entries, fills sale catalogs, and gets sponsors to call back is built by someone who understands the audience on the other side of the screen — what they're looking for, and what they'll scroll right past.

  • Stallion owners
  • Barrel racers
  • Rodeo producers
  • Ranches & breeders
  • Horse trainers
  • Event producers
  • Equine associations & clubs
  • Small family businesses
  • Performance-horse businesses

How it works

A clear, no-jargon process.

You don't need to know HTML, hosting terms, or web acronyms. Tell Kate what you're trying to do — she handles the rest and walks you through every step.

  1. 01

    Tell Kate what you need

Text, call, email, or fill out the quote form. A new website, a flyer for next month's race, a logo refresh — start with whatever's on your mind.

  2. 02

    Share content, goals & examples

Send what you have — photos, copy, old materials, links to sites or designs you like. Don't have it organized yet? That's normal. Kate will help shape it.

  3. 03

    Kate organizes the direction

Goals, audience, structure, and a recommended approach — written in plain language. You'll know what's being built before any design starts.

  4. 04

    Design & build

Custom design and build, not a template. You see progress along the way and can give feedback before things get locked in.

  5. 05

    You review & request changes

Edits, tweaks, swaps — built into the process. The goal is something you actually want to share, not just something that's "done."

  6. 06

    Launch & ongoing support

Site goes live, files go to print, ads go to publication. Updates and edits later are billed as you need them — no monthly fee for months you don't need work.

About

Kate Maloney — Wild-West Webs.

Kate started Wild-West Webs in 2005 after years of building sites for her own businesses and learning what actually moves the needle for small operations: clean structure, real photos, smart copy, and a designer who picks up the phone.

What started as general web work quickly settled into the equine industry — performance horses, rodeo, barrel racing, ranches, stallion programs, event producers, and the small businesses that keep them going. Kate has been around the horse and rodeo community for years, and Wild-West Webs has built a long track record serving performance horse, barrel racing, ranch, stallion, and event clients.

Wild-West Webs is run from Winslow, Arkansas. The work is custom — no recycled templates — and Kate is the person you'll actually talk to about your project from quote to launch.
